Thanks to Agrimark Stellenbosch, 20 families enjoyed a hearty, nutritious meal. The branch donated frozen chicken to the Gordon’s Bay Neighbourhood Watch.
Anne Fouche, member of the neighbourhood watch, said the donation was used to help families in desperate need. “We are so grateful for any donation, no matter how big or small. As part of our community outreach, we distribute food parcels to disadvantaged people in the community. Some of the people have not eaten meat for months and were so overjoyed when they received the food parcel. Thank you Agrimark for making it possible.”
“We realise that there are many families who are hungry and in need of a warm meal. This is just a small way of giving back and making a difference,” branch manager Steven Cronje added.
